طالما ان اوكرانيا اخلت بشروط العقد مع العراق وباعته اسلحه مليئه بالعيوب وغير مطابقه للمواصفات المتفق عليها بين الطرفين هذا بالأضافه الي التأخر في تسليمها الأسلحه ، السؤال الذي يطرح نفسه هنا ، هل سيطالب العراق اوكرانيا بأعاده الأموال التي دفعها ثمنا للمدرعات وقيمه الشرط الجزائي الذي ينص علي دفع اوكرانيا تعويضا للعراق في حاله التأخر بتسليم الطلبيه ، ام ان الموضوع سيمر مرور الكرام وتذهب الأموال التي دفعت الي اوكرانيا هباء منثورا ؟
إذا تخلي عنك العالم فتذكر ان الله دائما معك لا يتخلي عنك.

العراق تلقى 88 فقط "سليمة بعد ان جربها الخبراء العراقيون"
ورفض تسلم دفعة تعاني من مشاكل عدة على البدن
ماسبب هذه الشقوق !
سوف اسال صديق لي في مدرسة الدروع كذلك عن حالة الدفعة الاولى التي استعرضت سابقاً.
هذه الصورة اثناء فحص المدرعات في شهر العاشر 2012 ورفض تسلمها من الاوغاد الاوكرانيون

للاسف الصفقه الاواكرانيه مهزله قبل أن تكون صفقه فاسده
عربات بأسعار خياليه ! وفوق هاذا عندما وصلت الى الميناء وتم فحصها ظهرت متشققه وصدئه !
السؤال هو إين المسؤولين عن فحصها من أوكرانيا قبل أن تأتي ورفضها أن كانت ليست كما تم الاتفاق عليه؟
والامر الاخر لما هاذه الاسعار على خرده تسمى btr مقوذفات الجيل الاول المضادة للدبابات قادره على تحويلها الى كومة من الحديد المنصهر
منذ متى أصلا والاوكران يصنعون السلاح المتقدم؟؟

We all know now the quality of Ukrainian weapons, but this is an interesting update of the BMP-1! since Iraq operates a relatively large number of these old vehicles, it might be worth considering if it is performed at reasonable price & time frame!
