ما هي درجة الموثوقية في هذا الخبر؟
ان صح هذا الخبر فهو اكثر من رائع. ميگ ٣٥ طائرة ممتازة. ولو كنت اتمنى السو ٣٠ او ٣٥

اما التي ٩٠ فاتمنى انها ام اس و ليست اس. لكن الغريب انه لا يوجد ذكر للبي ام بي ٣ مع انه هنالك اخبار توكد تعاقد العراق على ٥٠٠ منها.

بمبلغ ٧ مليار ما هي الأسلحة المرشحة؟ هل هناك احتمالية للدفاع الجوي القريب/متوسط/بعيد المدى؟

The only platform that we currently have that might be able to use Vikhr is the Su-25, and even that would have to be in the Sm configuration. It makes more sense for Egypt since they will be getting Ka-52s which use that missile.

Russia prepared to sell Iraq "anything they ask for"

The Joint Intelligence Sharing centre in Baghdad is doing very well.

"The Iraqis have stated that under certain circumstances they may ask the Russian side [for help in fighting Daesh]. Our representatives have replied that we will consider it if the Iraqi government does issue a request, but there have been no requests so far. The Iraqi side is satisfied with the current level of military cooperation."

Uralvagonzavod Ceases Arms Supplies to Iraq Due to Delayed Payments

MOSCOW --- Russian Uralvagonzavod (UVZ) scientific-research corporation ceased the deliveries of armoured vehicles to Iraq due to delayed payments last year, according to the UVZ`s 2015 annual report.

"In 2015, the UVZ Corporation stopped the shipping of the defense production to the No.356 customer (Iraq) due to delayed payments. The contracts signed with the No.012 (Algeria) and the No.356 (India) customers were implemented in strict accordance with the terms of the signed documents. The export sales of the UVZ’s defense production increased by 35% last year (compared to 2014)," the report said.

According to the document, the UVZ Corporation implemented its obligations under the State Defense Order (Russian acronym: GOZ, Gosoboronzakaz) rearmament program to full extent last year. "In 2015, the company supplied spare parts to Russian Ministry of Defense and overhauled the customer`s vehicles in full," the document said.
