تأخر تسليم الطائرات لغاية هذه الفترة يعني ببساطة ان الطائرات خضعت لاعادة تأهيل وتطوير حتما ولا ما الداعي لكل هذه المدة الطويلة من التأخير عن الوجبة الاولى من الطائرات الروسية التي وصلت قبلها كان هناك أحاديث عن قرب استلام نسخة محسنة مما يتوقع ان تكون هذه الطائرات بمستوى النسخة

I find it odd that you say there were 14 airframes when despite dozens of appearances only 8 serials have been observed.

serials seen so far remain :

2500 - returned from iran - dual seater
2502 - returned from iran - single seater
2504 - returned from iran in 2014??? - single seater
25xx - returned from.iran in 2014 - single seater - crashed on takeoff in 2014.
2513 - returned from iran - single seater
2519 - from russia - single seater
2520 - from russia - single seater
2521 - from russia - single seater
2522 - returned from iran - single seater

So some pictures emerged showing what looks like three new single seaters and one new dual seater.

The new dual seater is 2501 and is a su25k type returned from.iran that was not observed before.

The three single seater numbers are not apparent except for 2508 and possibly 2506... They are newly delivered from Russia.

1X single seater crashed in takeoff in 2014 (iranian returnee that was badly maintained)
2x dual seaters seen so far (both returnees from iran).

So out of the thirteen delivered 7 are from.iran (I.e. all the iraqi su25k there)

The Russian batches it seems have been 3x in 2014 and 3x in 2016.

the new Su-25s look in much better condition compared to the first batch!

Well they've been painted.

There is no Su25s. There is an Su25sm... But we would need to see the cockpit to determine if this is an sm.
